Hi, my name is Amy and I am the owner/creator of the Creative Mockingbird. I live in Massachusetts with my husband and Great Dane, Lexi. I’m a lover of travel, DIY, Pinterest, running/working out, all things Cricut, and not paying full price.
When I’m not scouring Pinterest for my next project you can find me buzzing around in a golf cart. I spend my day as a Certified Athletic Trainer, a healthcare professional, that takes care of athletes and specializes in sports medicine.
In addition to being an Athletic Trainer I also run my own small business, Creative Mockingbird, as a side hustle. Why Creative Mockingbird? The mockingbird is best known for imitating other birds or animals in nature. My passion has always been to reproduce something that catches my eye, but at the same time make it my own. The mockingbird also holds a special place in my heart because it’s the name of the street I grew up on.
My love for creating started at a very young age and has evolved over the years. My hope is to inspire your creativity by sharing some of my finished products, tutorials, and things that I love with you!
