Never stop dreaming – sounds pretty simple right? Simple but how many of us actually do stop dreaming? Stop wanting more for ourselves. Succumbing to the idea that great things are not meant for us, settling for less than we are capable, or better yet just living status quo.
I’m guilty of these thoughts on a regular basis. Thoughts of not feeling enough, fulfilled, or satisfied in my current situation and failing to take actionable measures to change it. I dream BIG and often but I tend to come up short on the execution of those dreams. Hey, I’m only human! So why am I am motivated now to never stop dreaming? Keep reading to find out my why and how I to plan to do it.
My Dream
My dream is to live a life that challenges me, forces me to grow, to learn new skills, expand my horizons, and create new opportunities for myself. Part of that opportunity to grow and expand is sharing my love for creativity and crafting with all of you as well as the skills and knowledge I have picked up along the way. A blog seems like the perfect format to do just that. I share a lot on social media but honestly social media can be tough to navigate with algorithms and not to mention the astronomical fees they want you to pay in advertising to show your work to your followers. I just want to share things that I love with people who also love the same things. Things that inspire me and things like traveling, creating, recipes, decor, diy, and side hustling.
My hope is that you will follow me on this new adventure. I also encourage you to think about your dreams. Is there something you have been dreaming about trying or a goal you want to accomplish? What steps can you take now to make that a reality? I just made my first step…
