I just had to share this gorgeous farmhouse home sign that I finished up earlier today. I’ve been brainstorming ideas for a sign for a while but really couldn’t commit on a design. That was until I picked up a faux lamb’s ear wreath at Hobby Lobby a few weeks ago. You may recall that I used the wreath in a tiered tray display for Easter a few posts ago. In typical fashion I hopped on Pinterest for some inspiration on how to use the wreath as well as color, design ideas. Most of the signs I found were a little too plain for me. I wanted to add a little more dimension to my sign so I added wood strips near the top and bottom of the sign. It gives it just the right amount of something!
Want to know the best part about the sign? The wreath is interchangeable! That’s right I can swap out the wreath to match the seasons and holidays. Thank you Command hooks, but seriously it’s the perfect decor piece for our front porch. At 4 feet tall and 9 inches wide it makes a statement.
